Our promise and procedures in relation to Covid-19, with useful links about the virus and other services.
Dear Pakuranga Plaza Community
YAY WE ARE NOW OPEN!!
At all entries into the Plaza, and at each store you will see a poster displaying a QR code. Customers with smart devices will be able to simply scan this code and follow the directions for the Governments contact tracing. If you do not have a smart device, don't worry. Our retailers have a paper version which they can write down these details for you and add to the contact tracing.
As we safely move into Alert Level 1, for the safety of yourself and others, please continue to follow guidelines and stay away if you are feeling unwell. While we have strict hygiene standards, we have implemented additional precautionary measures.

While we have strict hygiene standards, we have implemented additional precautionary measures, which currently include:
Please be assured that if we become aware of shoppers showing signs of a Covid-19 infection, we will immediately guide them to our quarantine room and follow our safety protocol and procedures, including deep cleaning of all affected areas and notifying the public in accordance with health authority advice. To minimise risk, please continue to also follow good hygiene practices: · Continue to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and thoroughly dry them. · If you do cough or sneeze, do so into your elbow or a tissue and discard in a rubbish bin.· Keep your hands away from your face. For individual concerns in relation to Covid-19, contact your Doctor or Healthline on 0800 358 5453. We will continue to monitor the advice provided by WHO and MOH and will update our approach. We hope everyone stays safe and strong, and if you have any questions, please contact us on this email. We’re all in this together. Kia Kaha Thank you for continuing to support the Plaza and our retailers, and for your understanding as we adapt our operations. KIA KAHA PAKURANGA PLAZA MANAGEMENT |
